Dr McGilligan has a great manner about him.
He isn't too formal which puts you at ease, and he listens very attentively and patiently as you try to articulate the problem.
I found he took the time to fully explain his thought process and the recommendations he was making.
I left feeling very confident he had taken everything seriously, considered the wider picture and suggested appropriate action.
