I registered with the Rochford Medical Practice in November 2013 and having been registered with my last practice for over 30 years I am in a good position to compare both. I cannot praise too highly the excellent service that I have had to date. Dr J M Bajen was very kind and listened to what I had to say. He arranged for me to see a consultant who specialised in the problems that I was having. The online prescription requests and doctors' appointment system works very well as I can be assured of an appointment to see a doctor on the day of the request and also the prescription is ready in 24 hours. I have found all of the receptionists to be very helpful, efficient and courteous, as were the two nurses who did my initial medical checks.
I would thoroughly recommend the Rochford Medical Practice. I cannot praise it too highly and the service I have had is 100%
