During my recent ear operation for the insertion of a grommet, together with a biopsy and general investigation of the nasal area, I was in no discomfort at any time and received prompt and best possible care throughout. The operation was successful - it cleared the woolly feeling in my head and improved my hearing considerably. I was also impressed that Mr Hughes assisted by other members of staff held a surgery on a Saturday afternoon in order to help reduce the waiting list. Thank you. Inge Adams MRN 407537
