Dear Mr Hughes - sincere thanks to you and your team at Chase Farm Hospital for the amazing care I received today - for a larynxoscopy and deep throat biopsy under general anaesthetic. Your treatment of a tricky procedure was exceptional. Am hugely appreciative.
