Mr J Hughes is extremely professional yet friendly and pleasant. He has a genuine caring nature and makes the patient feel at ease. He is a good listener and attentive to detail. His manner is gentle and he explains things both clearly and thoroughly. Mr J Hughes has a very calming effect on anxious patients and makes hospital appointments not so foreboding.
