Dr Heatley is so knowledgeable, so kind and treats each person with such care. I feel he goes out of his way to treat the whole person and not just a list of symptoms. I have been very unwell with a number of problems including cancer over the last few years. He has been caring, efficient, informative and efficient all the way through. A very special person and a credit to his profession.

I had to have a first steroid injection in the sole of my foot ( a procedure my colleagues almost gleefully told me was excruciatingly painful). As always Dr Heatley was confident , calm and humorous; taking my mind away from my foot. Of course it hurt a little but I am in a lot less pain. This a "model"surgery staffed by caring dedicated staff . Thank you .

This practice is run like clockwork. Friendly and efficient team. Dr Heatley is friendly and sympathetic even for small aches and pains.

Dr Heatley is very approachable, a great listener, very knowledgeable and also very kind. However difficult the subject is to talk about he puts you at your ease. He explains things clearly and has, on several occasions, been able to help on the phone, saving an unnecessary visit to the surgery.

After being asked to move from my old surgery (as we were no longer in their area) I was not looking forward to starting with a new surgery. However, the care that we have received has been amazing.
