Dr Botting somehow managed to make the removal of 4 BCCs an almost pleasurable experience through the combination of his assured approach, careful explanations and obvious skill at what he was doing. It would be nice not to have to see him again but should there be need I will have every confidence in going to him.

I saw Dr Botting today for my second minor surgical procedure. He was warm and welcoming on both occasions, was quick and efficient in the procedures and explained everything in full to put me at ease. The surgery is lovely with beautiful paintings in the waiting room, created by Dr Botting's cousin.
