Dr Swales is a very experienced man, with a great bedside manner.
I had to wait several months after my initial appointment was bcancelled due to refurbishment work at my local GP surgery (Sandgate), but It was worth waiting for.
His good reputation preceded him, so I was happy tp make the journey further afield to be in his care.
The only suggestion I can make to improve the care, is to offer Dr Swale a room in Folkestone again, so he may continue his good work in the local area.
