My son was diagnosed with a kidney disorder and was under the care of Dr Furness for 2 years.During this time I could not fault his care with Dr Furness providing a service that was above and beyond what would is expected of him.Rather than him making all the decisions about my sons treatment, we as parents were listened to and took an active role in deciding how he was treated. Dr Furness is a credit to the hospital and to his profession. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

John Furness is an outstanding paediatrics doctor. Our 5 year old son has been under his care for nearly 3 years and his interaction with him has been first class, our son loves to go to his appointments! My husband and I totally trust Mr Furness decisions regarding our sons health and always takes our concerns and opinions into account. He is a doctor that really listens. When our son was taken into casualty with breathing problems earlier this year, Mr Furness rushed in from home to assess the situation and gave his usual standard of excellent care and advice. We are very happy to recommend John Furness, we feel very fortunate to have him caring for our son.
