Intelligent, calm, listens, cares. One example: white cell count rather high from a blood test. Dr Tanner arranged for me to repeat the test then texted the next day to reassure me that the white count was normal 2nd time.

Dr. Joanna Tanner has very caring attitude towards her patients. Despite the appointments are 10 minutes, whenever I saw her, she never rush to deal with the appointment. She seems relax and listen to patient issue with care and attention, discuss the medical condition and offer treatment.
