In December 2021 I discovered a lump in my neck. I had a telephone appointment with Doctor O’Dair. She insisted on seeing me the same day to physically examine me. She put me on a Cancer fast track referral the same day. She was empathetic and completely understood my anxiety. She offered me no false hope but was reassuring. Sixteen months later I’m doing okay. If things do turn out well I may owe my life to Doctor O’Dair’s prompt action.
