My Name is Daniel and I recently attended the Sergey at 'St James Sergey' Devizes 28th February 2017 due to a minor injury on my left hand. I was informed 'Dr Joann Haining' had left the Sergey on this day as I attempted to make an appointment which had regularly been done over a 2 year period. Joann has been the best GP I have ever had , She has always listened and done tests with out making any assumptions or guess which has always left me in a comfortable position that I am getting the best treatment , help and advice. Joann has made a major breakthrough and really made a positive impact on the 2 years I have been visiting the Sergey and has got gained me results that have been hidden and had a very negative impact throughout my childhood to adolescent. Now upon finding out she has left , it has led me to being very distressed and I am very unsettled to see another GP and this is partly to do with my condition and feeling comfortable to communicate with Joann as I've gained trust to tell her issues and symptoms and I don't feel judged and she listens. I've asked the receptionist where she had been transferred IF she has and only was told she is far away! Nothing else at all. I am truly upset and real down about this and would definitely travel to keep Joann as my GP. Although this may not be possible I would like to give a very high rating and send my many thanks to her and wish her the very best in the future. Yours Sincerely Daniel Skinner
