Dr Francis was extremely kind and compassionate. He explained exactly what he was going to do to repair my spinal fracture and I had every confidence in him. I felt completely relaxed about the procedure.
Following surgery he came every day I was at Adenbrookes to see how I was progressing with my recovery. He assured me that I would make a complete recovery and be able to continue living my life to the full.
He made me feel like a person not just another patient.
