Thank you to Dr Jhansi for listening to my situation with genuine interest and understanding today. I really appreciated the honest discussion and practical opinion / advice given.

Dr Jhansi really listened to my problem and then did all she could to solve it. [Only partially successful - but not for want of trying] She could see that the problem was distressing me and did all she could to reassure me. The consultation took far longer than it should and I am sure she kept other patients waiting. She tried every test available to her, and when they found nothing she researched the symptoms in her own time, telephoned me about the problem several times and had me back for a further consultation - eventually a medication [used for another ailment] partially fixed the problem - I could not have had a better response to a problem if I had paid for it. A really caring doctor who genuinely tries to help her patients.
