Dr Jeremy Sherman came out to greet me with a warm and friendly manner and a positive handshake. He encouraged me immediately to relax and talk in my everyday voice. He asked for my interests and took great delight in finding I supported a certain Midlands football team. He was totally professional and fixed me with an unwavering eye and willed me to express myself fully. He made copious notes and on his diagnosis, picked the least expensive of three options, preferring a wholly patient-led solution. I came out of the consultation today, feeling 50% better immediately! Tony Jones
