Dr Shearman took time to explain everything carefully and methodically. He listens and speaks clearly. I came away feeling we could work out my problem together as a team effort and he was in no way condescending. I was grateful he seemed keen not to rush any surgical intervention. I have complete confidence in him and he is a very professional doctor.
