Dr Jeng was my daughter’s neuro-oncologist at the end of last year, albeit only for a short time, but we couldn’t have asked for a better person to give advice, and explain situations to us. We felt totally at ease under his care, and knew he was giving our daughter the best chance possible.

The comment above does not represent the consultant I met recently. I had the most thoughtful, informative and encouraging meeting with Dr Ching. I found him very approachable and caring, giving me honest and proactive advice and support. Really pleased to have him as my oncologist.

Very rude, abrupt, late for appointments, refuses to answer questions. Has a know-it-all attitude. Doesn't care about his patients

I am sorry about your experience. During 2013/2014, I was a very junior registrar and I do not have a list. I hope you are leaving the feedback for the right person. Please report to the UHS PALS team if you have not done already and we can investigate further.
