They could have improved by actually listening to someone with a mental health condition. Instead this decided to blab about her other patients and disclose what ever she wanted to.
Sat and talked rubbish in every appointment and dictated to people with an illness. Went on about what clothes you wear went on about what colour hair you have went on about your house but never a conversation about the actual mental health condition.
Untrustworthy abrupt thing.

What a joke to be given an award. Talked to much about non related mental health conversations when someone's mental health was what should have been discussed.
