Dr Bhatt is highly effective in every respect. From my perspective, he ensured the treatment plan was well understood by my son (his patient) as well as my wife and I and equally by his medical colleagues with everything being carried out as described, on time and with great care and diligence.
The examples are too numerous to cite however the ability to understand and articulate complex treatments to a child and concerned parents is a rare skill and one that dr Bhatt and the broader team on ward D33 were exceptionally good at.
