I have no difficulty in offering this feedback on my recent surgical experience. All surgical procedures cause some anxiety in patients and I can confirm that I was indeed concerned about my own. Dr Liban 'Bernard' said and did all the right things in completing my understanding of what was happening and reassuring me of his own competence and that of all the team involved in my process.
Bernard was welcoming, warm and professional.
