Jane takes the time to talk you through everything and reassure you on your condition. She is approachable and friendly and this made me feel secure. She obviously has great knowledge and understanding and helped me through a difficult time with my skin

Dr Sansom is very reassuring and welcoming. She explains what she is going to do next with any treatment she is planning to do. When I first saw her back in November 2005, I had my condition for a few years by this time and nothing had really been done by previous consultant's. So in my first consultation, she immediately suggested doing some basic tests that showed that I had problems with my blood and gave me medication to help sooth my skin condition. I regularly go and see for a check up but my skin condition has calmed down a lot. She really nice, friendly and at times I do have a laugh!
