Dr Woolley is the best psychiatrist I have ever met. After seeing my GP for three distressing years with my issues deteriorating, Dr Woolley made a diagnosis after a two hour consultation. Although the diagnosis was initially devastating, he told me that with the right treatment and support, the next twenty years of my life could be so different to the previous twenty years. I held onto that thought which soon became a belief - and then a reality. Dr Woolley takes a holistic approach. He is the most respectful of professionals, and has only ever treated me with dignity and respect. He is calm under pressure. He takes a patient centred approach. I was given detailed written information about my medication. Whether I was stable or distressed, he adapted his personality to work around me. I was very much involved in my treatment plan. I was treated with dignity st all times. He is easy to talk to, even about difficult issues. His fees are modest for the outstanding care and support he provides. I did have to ask for an invoice a few times so perhaps they could improve their billing procedure. He is the best healthcare professional I have ever met. I would urge those seeking support for mental health issues to seek help from Dr Woolley. I only wish I met him twenty years ago.
