On the 6th March 2015 I visited the cardiovascular & thoracic outpatient dept for the first time and I liked the efficient check-in process.
The two tests (ECG & Echocardiogram) which were carried out by the nurses, were completed in a friendly, courteous and efficient way which removed any apprehension I may have felt. Shortly after the test I met Dr James Wilkinson who I found to be an excellent communicator. He fully explained the test results in a clear and concise way. He is friendly, approachable and open. He listened to my concerns and gave me some very useful advice on moving forward with my health. This was a very positive experience both of the consultation and the NHS.
