I saw Dr Wilkinson regarding a slightly enlarged aorta. He listened carefully to my description of the incident that led to the investigation and was clearly interested in understanding my case.
He carried out the consultation with full attention and good humour.
Once he had all the facts he was clear and reassuring about the outcome of investigations; I was obviously in safe hands.
