Dr James is a very patient man and takes time to listen when a patient is talking. He listens to your worries and concerns. When he is explaining your condition or treatment he explains everything in simple terms without jargon.
He doesn’t have a problem going through things more than once so you are sure you understand what is being said before the consultation is over.
