Dr Steinhardt always seems interested in any problems I have and takes the time to discuss and fully explain any course of action he recommends. Unlike many doctors he will always refer me to a specialist if necessary. He is also prepared to take into consideration any preferences that I may have regarding treatment. Also I never feel as though I am being rushed.
