Dr Rosengarten was efficient beyond compare, even to the point of calling me when I forgot an appointment. E-mails were answered promptly, and he was able to gain very speedy appointments that would have been impossible without his contacts. He was reassuring, helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. He offered a number of options that saved me quite a bit of money, when he could have easily have charged more. All in all, I was very happy with Dr Rosengarten's services and rest assured if I have any further heart concerns he will be the first doctor I call.
