My weight loss journey began 2 years ago. Mr Rink and his dedicated team have been with me every step of the way offering encouragement, advice and support, enabling me to lose more than the required amount of weight prior to surgery and make better life choices around food and excercise.
My gastric bypass was on 12th December and I have already noticed incredible differences in my physical health and also my mental health has greatly improved.
Mr Rink and his team have saved my life and for that I will always be eternally grateful.
The only suggestion I have is that all who are preop should be shown a video of the surgery they are going to have so that they can fully understand the magnitude of their surgery and feel better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
