Dr Hacking is always welcoming and you feel at ease. He listened to my comments and concerns re the waiting time for an appointment he had requested and not only did he agree but instantly looked for an alternative hospital which could offer a better service.
it is unusual to be kept waiting, you never feel rushed and you have the time to discuss your problem
I have never found a problem getting an appointment
