Over the last couple of months I have had excellent care from Dr Hacking and his team at Park View surgery. I went to see Dr Hacking as I was concerned about symptoms that could have been serious, whilst the symptoms thankfully turned out to be due to a relatively minor issue the care taken to ensure a proper diagnosis was impressive. I felt listened to, and supported. My concerns were acknowledged and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Hacking referred me to the local hospital for further investigations and kept me informed throughout. The communications from Park View have also been excellent. The speed of the service was also remarkable. At a time when the government is being very negative about GP’s and when we know they are under severe pressure of work I have had direct experience of how brilliant a GP service can be. All I can really do is say thank you, I appreciate the high standard of care I have received.
