clear & concise in explaining the nature of the illness. likewise with the pros & cons of the medication prescribed. Gave the impression of genuinely listening to my concerns.
Patiently willing to discuss the ailment in laymans terms without being over technical.
only wish our GP practice showed the same level of courtesy-concern & professionalism.
