Dr Gopalappa was a second opinion on my condition. He listened and answered my questions clearly, pointing out where he thought my reasoning was mistaken, but without implying that there was any one hard and fast cause of, or solution to, my problem. His recommendations were clear and logical to a layman like myself. I felt that I had the doctor's full attention to my particular case. The doctor offered me regular monitoring at the clinic if I felt that, rather than gp monitoring, was necessary, which was reassuring. His professional manner inspires confidence.
