Yesterday I visited A&E and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care that I received from Dr Jos. He was attentive and listened very carefully to my history and I felt that he made time, during what was clearly a busy period, to answer my many questions.
His bedside manner was great and he used humour to distract me when I was apprehensive about having a blood test.
I was initially very anxious about my pain and possible outcomes but felt completely at ease once Dr Jos explained the blood test results and I had complete faith in his medical knowledge and in-depth advice.
Thank you so much for making my experience to A&E a positive one.
I have no constructive criticism as I was so happy with my experience. Keep up the super work doctor!
