Dr Southwood examined my shoulder movement and checked what I could/couldn't do.
She explained the cause and the prognosis.
She gave me a leaflet about exercises to do.
She didn't hurry me, although she was speedy & efficient.
The only thing I can think of to suggest for improvement is that my appointment started (I think) 20 mins late; ideally lateness warrants a brief apology/acknowledgement of inconvenience. The lateness didn't particularly impact me today, but it might have done if I'd been on a tight schedule.
