Completely ignored everything I said, very rude and completely unhelpful. Ignored the recommendations of other doctors. Also seemed to have no idea of my specific condition, I had to try to explain it to her from other consultants notes, which she kept dismissing. I really hope noone else has to deal with such an experience while trying to also deal with a life changing illness, this is the last stress you need on top. Specialist would agree her actions were entirely wrong and potentially damaging to my health.
