I had a bad spine injury and I am a nhs doctor myself, got no help from the team at Ashley centre , they never saw me in person, just kept loading me with painkillers, no good continuous physio referral or even mri. I finally changed practice and got so much more help, referee to the neurosurgeon and regular physio.
This practice has one of the worst reception staff, who are so rude.
