It was a genuine pleasure to see Dr Al-Shakarchi. She has a rare ability to be able to put people at ease whilst still being thoroughly professional. I feel extremely confident that she is exploring every avenue in regards to finding a correct diagnosis for the complex symptoms I am exhibiting. As a young man of 43 this was very reassuring.
