This was the first time I had seen Dr Al-Shakarchi, and she instantly put me at my ease. She was friendly, open and listened to everything I had to say. She took the time to completely review my case with me, going right back to my first diagnosis. I really felt like a person instead of just a patient.
I left my appointment feeling I had seen someone who really cared. Thank you Dr Al-Shakarchi.
