I was seen at my appointment time - and then made to feel relaxed so that when asked for my family and medical history this I was able to give without realising that Dr.I.Al-Shakarchui was not only listening but also making notes. The attention I received was the best - examined,blood tests,ex-rays etc., and 3 days on I received a follow up appointment - November - such good service.
Dr I.Al-Shakarchui - was so Professional and yet had the patients and also such a pleasant way with her, I really do not know how she allocates her time for the full diary and appointments that she must have( I know her day was given to lots more patients).
I would like to say a big THANK YOU.
