This was a first visit and I was impressed that Dr Al-Shakarchi was quick to diagnose the problem which turned out to be Psoratic Arthritis and took the time to explain how best to treat it. She seems to be very straight forward and answered all my questions professionally despite the obvious time pressure she was under.
I had several visits to my GP surgery over quite some time with no diagnosis and it is a great relief to now know that there is an answer and treatment for the problem.
