My therapist suggested that I may wish to explore ADHD as a cause for many of my frustration and anxiety issues. This is after 20 years of depression, anxiety and other mental problems.
After waiting on the NHS list for 5 months (and being told there is an 18 month wait!) I decided to go private. I looked at many psychiatrists and found that Dr Iqbal was highly recommended. It is the best decision I have ever made.
Dr Iqbal's expertise are evident as soon as you meet him. He has a caring, interested manner and you can tell that he is genuinely interested in you, the person and in helping you.
I cannot recommend him enough and the treatment I am now on has changed my life.
