I had totally opposite experience. After lot of pain and not able to get appt I eventually went private - so have diagnosis but need repeat of drug. She refused to repeat the prescription and took a swab of area whch is not causing the pain, I had to cancel hosp appt because of travel reasons during lockdown. She said I'd lost it - and that was that! Feel totally destroyed and demoralised.
