I had totally opposite experience. After lot of pain and not able to get appt I eventually went private - so have diagnosis but need repeat of drug. She refused to repeat the prescription and took a swab of area whch is not causing the pain, I had to cancel hosp appt because of travel reasons during lockdown. She said I'd lost it - and that was that! Feel totally destroyed and demoralised.

I have seen Dr Epstein on a couple of occasions recently for different issues, and she has been amazing, I have immense confidence in her. She was incredibly approachable, showed great empathy and included me in a plan of care. She took her time to explore in detail my concerns, I did not feel hurried and felt she really listened to me.

Absolutely fantastic GP, so refreshing to actually have somebody who listens to you, who really does care, and get things done. Was getting quite disheartened with this practice recently, but Dr Epstein is an absolute pleasure to deal with!
