I’m extremely fortunate to have Dr Rafi as my Doctor, he’s always been first class and I would highly recommend him to others.
Unfortunately some of the older receptionists are far from good. Rude, unhelpful and extremely patronising. After reading some of Longcroft’s reviews I’m glad I’m not alone but surprised these people are still employed in care. Certain receptionists are letting down the Doctors (who are doing a great job in difficult times) and giving the surgery a bad reputation.
