I’m extremely fortunate to have Dr Rafi as my Doctor, he’s always been first class and I would highly recommend him to others. Unfortunately some of the older receptionists are far from good. Rude, unhelpful and extremely patronising. After reading some of Longcroft’s reviews I’m glad I’m not alone but surprised these people are still employed in care. Certain receptionists are letting down the Doctors (who are doing a great job in difficult times) and giving the surgery a bad reputation.

Dr Rafi has been our family doctor for many years. He is patient and always listens attentively, giving weighed, professional and constructive advice. We trust him implicitly.He remembers our medical history, that is so reassuring. Although the children are now adults and living away, he always asks after them. He is just the perfect GP.
