I came away from my appointment with Dr Lieberman happy because he had listened to me without interrupting and also gave good eye contact. It was obvious he had looked at my notes prior to me entering the consultation room; as l don't present as a typical patient with my condition, he knew what I was talking about. The treatment I will be receiving in the near future was discussed in full, which left me feeling very hopeful of the outcome. Looking forward to the treatment as hopefully it will improve my quality of life.
My only comment would be is to carry on with what you are doing.
