I went to see Dr. Pidgeon and he was to order a medication that was not available at the time I saw him. He told me to get an appointment within two weeks time so that I could get the treatment. Two weeks later, when I went to see him, after he asked me what could he do for me and I explained the above, he answered quickly (I have a witness): "No I didn't see you" and when he finally looked at my records on the screen he said: "Oh yes." And he said that he had to go and see of the medication had been delivered. When he got back he said that there was a shortage nationwide of that medication and therefore I couldn't get the treatment. I'm not sure that he ordered the medication, if he didn't remember to have been told me to go back within two weeks in the first place. I feel let down by Dr. Pidgeon.
