Dr Pidgeon really listens, understands and where he can, empathises so that the responses are very personal to me as the patient and not generic.
He has always offered excellent advice and suggestions relevant to my own and my family's circumstances.
Sometimes the advice is in place of a prescription when he doesn't deem it necessary, for which I respect him even more, as it is when he's prepared to tell me what I don't really want to hear and yet I know he is correct.
As a family we feel very lucky to have him as our GP.
