I recently had a total knee replacement at Springfield Hospital when Dr Hywel Jones was my anaesthetist. I found him very friendly, charming and helpful throughout my 5 days in hospital. He first came to see me before the operation when he explained what would happen during my operation and continued to visit every day to see how I was progressing and offer any advice regarding my pain and medication (even on a Sunday!)
I would recommend him to anyone going through this procedure.
