I have a needle phobia, this will make me go in to panic mode. Dr Jones couldn’t have put me more at ease if he tried. Everything was explained, step by step and when the panic did start to build, Dr Jones calmed things down and went at the speed that I could cope with. Having a proper explanation, really is important, with no surprises waiting round the corner.
I cannot express my gratitude to Dr Jones and I can’t thank him enough for his patience in dealing with me. Should I have to any procedures or surgeries in the future, I would like Dr Jones to be my anaesthetist.
